Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your ChronoCraft watch, you can return it according to the following policy:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

Return Process: Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process and receive return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
